Equity Research

Palladian seeks senior research analysts who have spent at least five years doing sell side equity research. Candidates should have been the lead analyst responsible for a full stock coverage list for at least two years. They should be used to making regular outbound calls to buyside counterparts and engaged in the process of being paid for their research. They should have either an MBA or a CFA.

Institutional Sales

Palladian seeks experienced institutional sales people who have established relationships with professional buy side equity money managers. Candidates should have at least five years as the senior sales representative at an established broker dealer. They should have at BA or BS. An MBA or a CFA is preferred but not required.
